The Company is driven by promoters having rich experience in the Automobile and other business.

Mr. Michael D'Souza, Director of the Company owns a concern in the name & style of M/s. Espee Diesel Engineers, Authorised dealers for Motor Industries Co. Ltd, the Multinational Auto Components and Accessories Manufacturer.

Mr. Jospeh D'Souza, Director of the Company is having a powder coating and glass printing unit, M/s. Epoxy Coat Industries and M/s. D'Souza Biotech, a yogurt manufacturing unit.

Mr. Melchier Pinto do Rosario, full time Director of the company is having vast experience in automobile repairs and parts trade. At present he is in charge of entire Mahindra dealership operation.
